When will my orders be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 5 days, this includes the 5th day. Therefore you will receive your dispatch notice on or before the 5th day.
Why does it take 5 days to ship my order?
It takes 5 days to ship your order because all orders are made to order to prevent any waste. This means that the product is not pre-made and is produced only after the order is placed.
This method of production helps to reduce waste and ensures that the product is made and packaged with care and love when it is shipped my customers.
Do you ship wordwide?
Yes! We absolutely ship worldwide. In fact most of our customers are international.
I want to place an order, but I'm too late for the dispatch window!
My dispatch windows are set to ensure that I can process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining my high-quality standards.
However, depending on the product and the current workload, I may be able to accommodate your request.
Please contact me directly with your order details and I will do my best to assist you. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fulfil your request, but I will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
I haven't received my order yet!
If you order Standard delivery, your order will not come with tracking. So unfortunately once I've posted your package I won't be able to see or know where it is in the shipping process.
That being said, if I have it returned to me through customs, I will reach out to you to let you know and give you some options to move forward!
